Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PitchIQ. This policy explains refunds for our digital products.

1. Digital products

The PitchIQ Founder Brief is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because the analysis is generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.

2. When we do offer refunds

We will gladly refund your purchase if: the report failed to generate or was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, or you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge). If something went wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@pitchiq.in within 7 days of your purchase, including your payment details and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. Build services

Custom product-development (build) engagements are governed by the separate agreement made at the time of that project, not by this policy.
